A Message from Our Founder, Dan Sullivan
Hello from me, Dan Sullivan, founder of People Engagement Hub.
After an enriching career spanning various roles in training, talent development, and strategic partnerships, I've embarked on a new adventure: creating a venture that embodies everything I've learned and am passionate about.
People Engagement Hub is more than just a business. It's a culmination of diverse experiences, hard-earned lessons, and a burning desire to focus on work that truly ignites my passion. I'm incredibly grateful for the chance to lead this journey, and I must extend my heartfelt thanks to a long list of supporters who've offered invaluable advice, mentorship, and belief along the way.
Our Inspiration
The idea for People Engagement Hub sprang from a few key realisations:
Overwhelmed People Functions
We've seen how 'People' teams are often overwhelmed, juggling too much with limited resources. This can lead to less effective initiatives and a dip in morale. We understand that ad-hoc support can be crucial in landing big-ticket items when they matter most.
Management Capability
Moreover, we've noticed gaps in management that can impede the success of people initiatives. It's often not a lack of intent, but a lack of managerial skill that hinders progress. Effective communication strategies, consistent coaching, and reinforced learning are indispensable for success.
Embracing Technological Change
We're at an exciting juncture where technology, especially Generative AI and automation, is revolutionising how we work and learn. The changes we're about to witness in the next couple of years are unprecedented. It’s vital for organisations to stay ahead of the curve, not just catch up.

At People Engagement Hub, I'm leveraging my experience in strategy and delivery, complemented by in-house media and design expertise and a trusted network of associates.
We're a collaborative network, eager to partner with incredible organizations. We're dedicated to supporting businesses move forward, but more importantly, to help individuals develop and enjoy their work.
